Columbia Artists seeks a career-minded individual, with a passion for the performing arts, to fill an Executive Administrative Assistant position to assist the President & CEO.
An interest in and excitement for the performing arts is essential. Prior executive assistant experience is strongly preferred, as well as a Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree relating to the field. A forward thinking attitude, acute attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time is critical. Prior experience in performing arts/theatrical presentation, booking, management and/or production would serve this individual well. Working knowledge of classical music as well as facility with multiple languages and prior world travel are a plus.
Responsibilities for the position will include, but not be limited to, administrative support to the CEO - heavy call volume management, calendar coordination and scheduling, expense reports and organization of business travel, along with significant high-profile client and associate interaction.
This individual should be prepared to operate in a fast-paced, intense and team-oriented work environment, uphold a strict level of confidentiality and develop and sustain a high level of professionalism among staff and clientele, with the outlook of growing within the field.
