The complex is home to a 329 seat theater, four classrooms and thirteen music studios.
We are growing!! We need to expand our staff by adding an Executive Operations Director (EOD) so that our Executive Artistic Director (EAD) can focus more on the creative elements of running the organization. The day to day responsibilities involve managing the staff, operational and strategic elements of our IT, Marketing, HR, Accounting/Finance, and Development Departments, along with the School of Performing Arts.

We are looking for an experienced leader in a non-profit environment who thrives in a fast-paced culture. More specific requirements of the position include:
Bachelor’s Degree, (Master’s Degree a plus)
A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated non-profit leadership and management experience with progressive responsibility
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with board members, donors, staff and administrators
Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong financial management skills and analytical abilities

The Metropolis School of Performing Arts enriches the lives of thousands of students ranging from 3 years to 70 years old; our school curates arts curriculum for students of all ages including those with special and different needs.
