Position: MCD Regional Sales Manager
Location: Various location throughout the US

The MCD Regional Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the national sales managers, and all dealers and end users within given territory for AM&S MCD brands. The MCD Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the General Manager of the MCD brands.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
#1 responsibility is the achievement of MCD sales and margin goals on a monthly basis.
Monthly reporting of sales achievement;
A minimum of 50% Travel is required throughout the territory;
Gather competitive data and generate comparative analysis on our existing and new products compared to the competition;
Provide training curriculum to teach dealers on how sell, demo, configure, and install systems;
In-field sales support;
Conduct PowerPoint presentations approved by General Manager;
Call on independent dealers, install companies, etc.;
Gather information and requests for needed features and enhancements to current product and relay to General Manager;
Attend trade shows as required;
Organize and conduct regional training events in partnership with key accounts, dealers and national sales managers.
Travel with national sales managers as required for dealer trainings or sales trips;
Visit key accounts as required by national sales managers.
Interface directly with dealers, design engineers, end users and consultants in helping them to design and implement our products and systems;
Be responsible for specific projects from the initial quoting and design stage to final end user acceptance;
Enforce and promote specific sales promotions.
Field sales experience of 5 to 7 years preferably in the MI Industry with relevant dealer relationships in the territory;
Strong understanding of AM&S range of products and the Pro Audio Industry;
Experience in forecasting and budgeting to reach sales goals;
Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office;
Knowledge and use of advanced selling skills, including consultative selling and use of relationship selling, and executive selling;
Demonstrates executive selling skills, including ability to gain access to key decision-makers;
Ability to negotiate and close the sale in a minimum amount of time.
