The Ecommerce Administrative Assistant will assist our Ecommerce team with daily and reoccurring processes to ensure both vendor and direct to consumer platforms maintain a good performance rating along with strong page content and optimized ad campaigns. This will include order management and processing, customer interaction, listing maintenance, content management, and sales reporting.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Order Management – review open orders and update ETAs on Vendor Central, Update Sage orders when items are canceled, communicate with Indiana team to ensure on time shipping. Work with supply chain to gather latest ETA for out of stock items. Process and invoice Retail Solutions account through vendornet
Platform Management – Monitor and manage all consumer direct sales channels (Marketplace, Reverb, eBay, Etsy). Pull daily order reports and process sales orders. Communicate and respond to customer messages and return requests. Create and manage product listings on all platforms. Process and confirm all shipped orders and provide tracking info.
Content Management – Regular content audits by product category or series. Manage and update content as needed or when provided by marketing team. Manage listings with proper titles and latest copy/imagery. Create Variation/series groupings, monitor and respond to customer questions/reviews
Sales Reporting – Pull Shipped COGS and Inventory Sell Through Reports on weekly/monthly basis. Sort data by brand & product line, identify trends, review and identify top/bottom sellers. Create monthly Amazon question and review reports.
Marketing/Social – Assist marketing team with managing social media platforms. Execute content calendar, Manage giveaways, Respond to customer inquires. Share key social media metrics through regular reporting. Share relevant keywords from ecommerce campaigns with marketing team.

Experience with eComm platforms and/or online selling
Proficient in core office apps (excel, outlook, word, etc)
Any experience with Adobe Creative software a major plus!
