We seek a candidate who is passionate about joining our growing Online MBA team! The Production Manager is a dedicated and enthusiastic individual that plays a key role in the delivery of the Questrom School of Business Online MBA program (OMBA). The Production Manager is responsible for planning, staffing, and delivering all live course broadcasts for the OMBA. The right candidate will be confident in producing events from conception through completion, highly organized, and great at time management/problem solving. Candidates who will thrive in this roll will be a resilient, versatile, multi-tasker, who has a willingness to work on multiple projects against hard deadlines and schedules. This role operates in a professional office environment, as well as broadcast studios and production booths.
Meet with the faculty each week to help determine the design of the program, including all elements such as music, voice over, graphics, videos and inbound and outbound feeds
In consultation with the faculty and learning facilitators, develop a show flow showing all elements of the program
Advise faculty as to options and best approaches for any technical or creative elements for the live session
Assist in the creation of assets for show, be they graphics, video, set, music, etc. - Work with technical crew and house staff in lead up to make sure correct equipment and facilities are available and in working condition as needed for show
Review staffing and crew for specific broadcast, ensure correct people and positions are accounted for
Secure freelancers to fill any available spots where help is needed
Brief crew as to their rolls and the specifics of that particular broadcast
Rehearse with faculty and crew and review all technical elements to ensure they are ready for broadcast
Brief talent as to the technical mechanics of the broadcast
Lead crew and show. Supervise director and/or call show as appropriate
Post show, review all elements both successful and unsuccessful, debrief crew and create action plan to take care of any issues
Follow up with clients to see if expectations were met and how to improve for next broadcast

4-year college degree preferred
5+ years of work experience
Ability to collaborate with faculty, administration, and technical crew
Outstanding customer service approach
Strong technical aptitude and design to learn and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong technical knowledge of entertainment equipment and systems, as well as broadcast platforms (e.g., Zoom, BlueJeans, etc.)
Outstanding organization skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent projects
Ability to work independently as well as being team oriented
Critical thinking skills
Knowledge of graphics programs (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and productivity software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
Must be able to work early mornings and late evenings several times a week
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
Able to climb ladders up to 20 feet tall
