The Manager of Leadership Programs for the Sphinx Organization bears many integral responsibilities, including operations and logistical management of SphinxConnect (annual global convening) and other programs in the Leadership department, including but not limited to Sphinx MPower Artist Grants and Sphinx LEAD. Core responsibilities for this position include implementing the operational systems for these programs, with the aim of maximizing the impact, efficiency, and ultimate value of their offerings.

Core Responsibilities
SphinxConnect
- Plan and coordinate all logistical components of SphinxConnect, ensuring that the vision and impact of the flagship program are met.
- Oversee a team of liaisons and production staff to produce the annual SphinxConnect convening. Coordinate and manage convening elements, including speakers, participants, scheduling, and production, and more.
- Work with the President + Artistic Director and Sr. Director of Leadership to develop SphinxConnect programming, and build a planning infrastructure to ensure the impact of the convening.
- Engage with and expand convening audience, both in-person and virtual.
- Build a dynamic and inclusive experience for all involved.
MPower Artist Grant
- Plan and coordinate all components of the MPower Artist Grant.
- Ensure accessibility and impact of grant funds.
Sphinx LEAD
- Support the LEAD program and LEADers in their professional development. This involves logistics and may include periodic travel throughout the year.
