1. Serves as the staff administrator for the major professional performance activities of the department and concert series. 2. Oversees financial operations for the organization. 3. Manages Front of House coordination and ensures that the Front of House policies are created consistently with the presentation vision of each program. 4. Ensures that the administration of music production is run appropriately and efficiently. 5. Negotiates contracts for all performances and activities under the responsibility of this position. Ensures that all contract details are properly carried out. 6. Collaborates with other operations and production managers. 7. Ensures that student assignments are completed in a timely manner for all concerts and other special events.6.  8. Oversees all aspects of prom
