The Department of Theater at Swarthmore College invites applications for an open rank tenure-track position in Dramaturgy and Dramatic Criticism starting in the Fall semester of 2022. We seek candidates who identify as artist-scholars with specializations in fields such as Black American Theater, Performance Studies, Musical Theater, Applied and Community-Engaged Theater, Queer Theater, and artistic lineages outside of the mainstream Western canon.
