Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track assistant professor of instrumental conducting in the Department of Music beginning in August 2022.  The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the university orchestra and teaching applied lessons (brass or strings). Additional courses will include music theory and/or music history courses, based upon the strengths of the candidate and need of the department.
